At Valley Forge Basketball League, we are dedicated to promoting teamwork and sportsmanship. Our mission is to provide a environment where players can develop their skills and passion for basketball while having a lot of fun along the way.

Founded in 1982, the Valley Forge Basketball League has been a mainstay for residents in the Tredyffrin & Easttown townships, providing boys in the 8th, 9th, and 10th grades with the opportunity to play organized basketball after their youth basketball career concludes. In 2024, the league merged with Paoli Wildcats, which was formed in
Founded in 1982, the Valley Forge Basketball League has been a mainstay for residents in the Tredyffrin & Easttown townships, providing boys in the 8th, 9th, and 10th grades with the opportunity to play organized basketball after their youth basketball career concludes. In 2024, the league merged with Paoli Wildcats, which was formed in the 1960s to provide youth in the 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th grades with a competitive basketball platform. Now, as one organization with two leagues, athletes can play the sport they love from 4th through 10th grade.

Our regular season generally starts the last week of October and concludes in January, followed by playoffs, and a championship game in early February. Registration begins in early September and the link can be found on this site when it is open. The number of participants is capped at 120, or 12 teams of 10 players. Residents in the T
Our regular season generally starts the last week of October and concludes in January, followed by playoffs, and a championship game in early February. Registration begins in early September and the link can be found on this site when it is open. The number of participants is capped at 120, or 12 teams of 10 players. Residents in the Tredyffrin/Easttown townships that are in the 8th, 9th, or 10th grade are eligible to participate. The teams are coached by 11th and 12th grade students, with no parental involvement. This format provides a fun environment along with leadership opportunities to students.
